Our team of food scientists is experienced in developing and trialing new products. Our particular specialty is for fruit and vegetable-based products. We are able to take a product concept from idea all the way through commercialization with services including formulation, sourcing, trialing, labeling reviews, coordinating with analytical labs, and startup support.
We approach our product development with full knowledge of aseptic processing systems and how processing and food safety connect. We know which levers to pull to make sure we get the best out of our products. |

Lab-scale Trials

Products can behave differently between benchtop work and continuous flow processing at pasteurization or sterilization temperatures. We can design a set of trials to get the answers that you need to know before your products are commercialized.
Whether you need to have samples of finished product for sensory testing, or need to understand the impact of various times and temperatures on your product quality, our testing lab is available to help. We can run with as little as 5 gallons of product and the results from these trials are applicable to any of our fully scaled up systems. |
