Products can behave differently between benchtop work and continuous flow processing at pasteurization or sterilization temperatures. We can design a set of trials to get the answers that you need to know before your products are commercialized.

We can run with as little as 5 gallons of product and the results from these trials are applicable to any of our fully scaled up systems.
